Wednesday Night’s “Southland” Rich with Latino Talent

Though there isn’t a Latino in the week-to-week cast of Southland at the moment, there are plenty of Latino themes and actors in many episodes. Wednesday night’s is a good example: “Under the Big Top” is directed by Félix Enríquez Alcalá, and guest stars include Stephanie Beatriz (Modern Family, and the new Andy Samburg pilot), Nico Cortez, Jossara Jinaro (Go For It!), and Kenny Arroyo.
