Action and Romance for Latinos in Friday Films

Blockbuster season is about to begin, but this week’s light all around…especially for Latinos.

Ramon Rodriguez is on hand for Aaron Paul’s much-anticipated first feature since Breaking Bad Broke up: Need for Speed, opening Friday, with Aaron Paul.

Modern film distribution is a funny thing. Dark House, with Anthony Ray Perez was released on DVD this Tuesday, but it’s also enjoying a limited run in theaters beginning today. The psychological/horror thriller focuses on Nick Di Santo, who learns that his father is not only alive but can possibly reveal the origin of his son’s dark gift. Together, they travel to an abandoned mansion–one he thought only existed in his childhood imagination.

Zulay Henao, Eddie Cibrian, William Levy, Marlene Forte in Tyler Perry’s newest rom com, The Single Mom’s Club, opening Friday.
