A Wide Range of Latino Performances on Display in New DVDs

Some of the most memorable (and most forgettable) performances of recent vintage are available starting Tuesday, November 5

David Zayas and Aimee Garcia hung on to the bitter (in more ways than one) end for the last go-round of everybody’s favorite serial killer, and you can see it all in Dexter: The Complete Final Season.

Salma Hayek may not mark it down as a career-changer, but she does perfectly well with comedy and Kevin James in Grown Ups 2.

Brilliant thaumaturge? Not hardly. But everybody remembers Mario Lopez and Saved by the Bell, and now it’s available with all sorts of extras in Saved by the Bell: The Complete Collection.

Latinos, from Mia Maestro, Christian Camargo to Christian Serratos and beyond, abound in another complete collection of a cultural phenomenon, Twilight Forever: The Complete Saga, also being released on November 5.

More recently, Natalie Martinez impressed everyone with her understated, courageous performance in the surprise summer hit Under the Dome. The first season is now on DVD; we can only hope she’ll be back for Season Two in 2014.
