We don’t usually cover live theater, but sometimes we can’t help it. Like now: America Ferrera of Ugly Betty fame (also producer of The Dry Land, and last seen in a couple of arcs on The Good Wife) has just announced that she will be joining the London cast of Chicago. And after eight weeks in England, beginning November 7th, she’ll take her first turn on Broadway, in a revival of Beth Henley’s The Miss Firecracker Contest directed by Judith Ivey. That will happen next spring.
