Vinyl, stars Bobby Cannavale, an actor who has quite a range, from comedy (Nurse Jackie) to some serious drama (Boardwalk Empire) and much more. In this new show, he plays Richie Finestra, a record label president, who is trying to save his company and his soul without destroying everyone in his path. The show is seen through his eyes. That is described as a ride through the sex- and drug-addled music business at the dawn of punk, disco, and hip-hop.
Mick Jagger, Martin Scorsese, Rich Cohen, and Terence Winter created this new drama series set in 1970s New York.
The first season include regulars Olivia Wilde, Ray Romano, Ato Essandoh, Max Casella, P.J. Byrne, J.C. MacKenzie, Birgitte Hjort Sørensen, Juno Temple, Jack Quaid, James Jagger, and Paul Ben-Victor.
HBO’s Vinyl is a 10-episode series that debuts February 14 at 9P.
