New programming of any kind is pretty light on the ground this Thursday, but you can always amuse yourself for the full evening by back-to-back-to-back episodes of NCIS with Cote de Pablo beginning at 8P on USA, or move a little farther down the vial for three hours of Jon Huertas and the ever-charming crew on Castle, beginning at 8P on TNT.
