The Penguins of Madagascar visit the children of Para Los Niños to kick off the holidays with a special program and a special clip from their upcoming film being released November 26.
I caught up with Milena Acosta, the outreach supervisor for The Aquarium of the Pacific who shared the incredible story of the Magellanic penguins with the children and with me. It is a great story, the penguins hatched this summer after their Mama Penguin who hails from the coasts of Chile and Argentina was rescued off the shores of Brasil. The brave Latina penguin was brought to the aquarium to be rehabilitated and can be seen at June Keyes Penguin Habitat at The Aquarium of The Pacific.
