Sara Ramirez and Lana Parrilla on “Kelly and Michael”

We mentioned it in “What to Watch” earlier this week, and now the recent conversations with Sara Ramirez of Grey’s Anatomy and Lana Parrilla of Once Upon a Time are both available on You Tube.

Sara talks about her marriage on the Fourth of July (and the proposal in Paris that preceded it), as well as what’s coming up post-plane crash on Grey’s, including all the things she can’t talk about we even get a glimpse of her and Dr. McDreamy, and a mention of her role in Disney’s Sofia the First, as the mother to the new princess (though there’s no mention of Sofia’s temporary Latina status). All in all, a nice, warm talk with a very talented lady. If only she’d had a chance to sing!

Lana, looking stunning in a foam-green dress, talked about her Brooklyn roots and her life as a tom boy. Clearly family’s important to her, and she talks with great affection about her relatives and her Puerto Rican heritage (including some delicious food). You can also get some hints about the future (and a pretty cool clip) of Once, and how Regina is “on the road to redemption,” though you sure couldn’t tell it from the scene she shared. And she also confesses her undying love for–of all characters—Freddy Kruger. Another fun talk…

Recent episodes of Once Upon a Time and Grey’s Anatomy are both available for view at abc.com and on hulu.com. Great holiday weekend viewing!
