USA Network renews three Latino-friendly series

You won’t find many Latino names in the permanent cast list of USA’s Royal Pains, Covert Affairs or White Collar, but all three have featured a number of Latinos in arcs or as guest stars–vets and up-and-comers alike, including actors Joanna Garcia Swisher, Natalie Morales, Bruno Campos and Daniella Alonso, and director Félix Enríquez Alcalá. Now USA has renewed all three: Royal Pains for two seasons (a total of 26 episodes), and Covert Affairs and White Collar for 16 each. That makes it five seasons for White Collar, another sign of USA’s phenomenal success with its hour-long dramas (which is all they have: apparently USA isn’t interested in half-hour sitcoms or reality shows).
